Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you apply, we store your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, and your answers about your work, your clients, what you sell and your recording time. We also store the page link you came from (for example a campaign tag) and the country your connection comes from.

We use this only to review your application, to contact you about it, and, if you agree to work with us, to prepare the partnership.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form, and steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement (GDPR article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

How long we keep it

12 months after your last contact with us, then we delete it. If we sign an agreement, the data needed for that agreement is kept for as long as the law requires.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare (hosting, database and privacy-friendly analytics without cookies).
• Brevo (email and the applicant list).

We never sell your data. If you join a channel we build for you, the emails it collects are shared with you as described in your agreement.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object, at any time, by emailing hello@theexpertlabel.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
